Supervisor: Supervises experienced administrative, operative, and/or technical roles. Coordinates schedules and workflow for the team. Focuses on team completion of assignments and is responsible for ensuring the orientation and training of employees.

Position Summary

The General Supervisor in Gift Accounting/Processing oversees the daily operations of a team responsible for accurately tracking, processing, and accounting for donor contributions to the university. This role ensures that all monetary and property donations are recorded efficiently and in compliance with institutional policies and financial standards. The supervisor coordinates workflows, schedules, and task assignments to maintain seamless operations and support broader advancement activities. As a Level 1 Supervisor, this position focuses on team performance, ensuring employees are well-trained and oriented to their roles. The supervisor monitors the completion of assignments, addresses operational challenges, and fosters a collaborative work environment. By maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, the General Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the university’s fundraising efforts and facilitating donor stewardship.
