Engagement/Alumni Relations: Engagement/Alumni Relations is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of events, volunteer activities and partnerships with alumni clubs and/or corporations to further the mission of the university.

Corporate Engagement: Corporate Engagement initiates, cultivates, and expands corporate relationships to further the mission of the university, enhance public visibility, and achieve other objectives including placement opportunities for students, joint development activities, corporate philanthropy, sponsored research, affinity, and technology transfer.

G - General Administration: Roles that are in administrative/ professional non-student facing functions.

Management / Leadership: Manager: The positions work is achieved through the direction of others. Managers have direct accountability for setting goals and using resources. They are responsible for administrative oversight of individuals, including conducting recommendations for hiring and termination, writing evaluations, disciplinary actions, day-to-day oversight as well as long-term goal setting and accountability for the performance and productivity of the employees. Managerial positions are reflected in the M1-M3 career track levels in the management/leadership track.

Level 1: Supervisor: Supervises experienced administrative, operative, and/or technical roles. Coordinates schedules and workflow for the team. Focuses on team completion of assignments and is responsible for ensuring the orientation and training of employees.
