The General Coordinator for Athletic Operations supports the university’s athletic programs by handling a range of operational responsibilities, including event management, ticketing operations, travel coordination, and equipment logistics. As an intermediate-level individual contributor, this role involves collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and athletic standards. In this position, the coordinator assists in planning and organizing various aspects of athletic operations, providing solutions to logistical challenges and supporting the overall success of athletic events and programs. With some prior experience, the General Coordinator contributes to a dynamic team environment by sharing expertise, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and upholding the university’s commitment to excellence in athletics. This role is essential in enhancing the operational efficiency and quality of the athletic experience for students, athletes, and the broader university community.
