The General Supervisor for Athletic Operations plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities that support the university’s athletic programs. This position supervises a team responsible for managing events, ticketing operations, travel logistics, and equipment handling. By coordinating schedules and workflows, the supervisor ensures tasks are completed efficiently and align with departmental objectives. This role involves overseeing the orientation, training, and development of team members, while also providing day-to-day guidance and support. The General Supervisor monitors team performance, addresses operational challenges, and ensures adherence to institutional and athletic standards. By fostering collaboration and accountability, this position is instrumental in maintaining high-quality operations that enhance the overall athletic experience for the university community.
