Senior General Coordinator, Equipment & Maintenance

Equipment Maintenance is responsible for athletic equipment and facilities. Tasks may include keeping equipment inventory records, providing athletic uniform laundry service, monitoring equipment conditions, repairing equipment, and purchasing new equipment.

The Senior General Coordinator for Equipment and Maintenance plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management and upkeep of athletic equipment and facilities. Acting as a key point of authority, the coordinator ensures that operations align with university policies and safety standards while maintaining optimal support for athletic programs. Operating with a high level of autonomy, the Senior General Coordinator provides leadership within the team, offering guidance on complex issues and ensuring the successful implementation of processes. This role requires significant experience and expertise in equipment and facility management, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address evolving operational needs. By coordinating efforts and fostering collaboration, the position ensures that the athletic department functions smoothly and efficiently to support student-athletes and university goals.
