Position Summary

The Associate General Coordinator for Nutrition supports the implementation and delivery of nutrition programs for student-athletes, focusing on promoting health and optimizing performance through research-based dietary planning. In this entry-level professional role, the coordinator works closely with senior nutrition staff to ensure that athletes receive tailored meal plans, educational resources, and guidance on dietary practices. Key responsibilities include assisting in meal preparation coordination, monitoring nutrition program compliance, and tracking progress to ensure program goals are met. This position requires collaboration with athletics operations teams, coaches, and sports medicine professionals to support the holistic development of student-athletes. The Associate General Coordinator contributes to maintaining equipment and supplies for nutrition services and provides administrative support, such as inventory tracking and scheduling. As a team player, the coordinator demonstrates a commitment to learning and growing within the field, ensuring a positive impact on student-athletes’ health and performance.
