Individual contributor roles are reflected in the Academic Administration, Development, General Administration, Technical/STEM, and C1-C4 of the Clinical tracks.

Position Summary

The General Coordinator for Athlete Engagement is responsible for organizing and supporting programs that connect student-athletes with community service and engagement opportunities. This role involves coordinating logistics for events, managing communications with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the department’s goals of fostering leadership and social responsibility among student-athletes. The coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining program efficiency and effectiveness while contributing to the holistic development of student-athletes. With a foundation of experience and knowledge, the General Coordinator collaborates with team members to enhance existing programs and identify new opportunities for community involvement. They may track and analyze participation data, prepare reports, and assist in program evaluations to refine processes. Operating as a key point of contact for athlete engagement initiatives, the coordinator ensures that activities run smoothly and support the broader mission of the athletic department to positively impact both the campus and external communities.
