Position Summary

The Associate Analyst for Data Analytics plays a crucial role in supporting the university’s strategic initiatives by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using statistical methods. This entry-level position focuses on interpreting data to provide insights that inform business operations, planning, and decision-making across various units. The Associate Analyst works closely with team members to produce detailed reports and analysis that contribute to the ongoing improvement of projects and operational efficiency within the institution. In this individual contributor role, the Associate Analyst will assist in developing data models, conducting statistical analysis, and presenting findings to inform key stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals with a foundational knowledge of data analytics who are eager to develop their skills in a higher education environment. The Associate Analyst will have the opportunity to grow professionally by contributing to data-driven decision-making processes, supporting project management initiatives, and helping the university optimize its operations.
