Position Summary

The Senior Analyst for Data Analytics plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the university. This position is responsible for independently interpreting and analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable insights, and generating reports that inform strategic planning and operational initiatives. The Senior Analyst leverages advanced statistical methods and data visualization tools to provide critical support for project management and business operations. Their work helps optimize processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the university's overall strategic goals. In this individual contributor role, the Senior Analyst will not only perform in-depth analysis and modeling but also mentor junior analysts and collaborate closely with leadership teams across various departments. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, as well as the ability to manage large data sets, identify trends, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. With significant autonomy, the Senior Analyst has the opportunity to shape and refine analytics strategies that influence key decisions and outcomes at the university.
