General Coordinator, Sponsored Agreement Management

Sponsored Agreement Management is responsible for grants, contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements between a sponsor and the university for the purpose of conducting research, instruction, training, and other activities at the university, or funding the compensation of university staff.

Individual contributor roles are reflected in the Academic Administration, Development, General Administration, Technical/STEM, and C1-C4 of the Clinical tracks.

Position Summary

The General Coordinator for Sponsored Agreement Management is responsible for managing the administration of various sponsored agreements between the university and external sponsors. This includes overseeing grants, contracts, subcontracts, and other funding agreements that support the university's research, instructional, and training activities. The General Coordinator ensures that all agreements are in compliance with both university policies and sponsor requirements, facilitating smooth operational processes and efficient handling of sponsored projects. In this role, the General Coordinator works as an individual contributor, primarily supporting the coordination and management of agreements. They may influence or review the work of others, serve as an expert on sponsored agreement processes, and assist with the preparation and execution of contractual documents. The position also requires a keen understanding of compliance regulations, funding requirements, and project timelines to ensure that the university's sponsored projects are executed effectively. With a focus on accuracy and compliance, the General Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the institution’s research and funding objectives.
