Position Summary

The Senior General Coordinator in Strategic Alliances plays a pivotal role in managing and advancing the university's relationships with external organizations, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the institution. This position operates independently, bringing both expertise and strategic insight to the development of partnerships that align with the university’s goals. The Senior General Coordinator works within the framework of Strategic Alliances, which focuses on fostering and managing partnerships with organizations to achieve long-term benefits while maintaining the autonomy of each partner. In this individual contributor role, the Senior General Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are aligned with the broader goals of the university. This includes overseeing specific elements of the partnerships, from the initial planning stages through to implementation and evaluation. The role requires the ability to analyze complex issues, provide detailed recommendations, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. While the Senior General Coordinator works independently, there may be opportunities to lead smaller teams or work alongside other team members in executing strategies. The position requires a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for making decisions that directly impact the success of strategic alliances. Additionally, this role may involve coordinating resources, managing timelines, and providing support for ongoing operations within the Strategic Alliances function. This position requires a combination of strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex partnerships and effectively manage relationships. The Senior General Coordinator must act with a high degree of professionalism, demonstrating leadership within their area of responsibility while contributing to the larger strategic objectives of the university.
