New Media plans and builds a social media presence to amplify key messages, promote brand and impact awareness, drive traffic to social media pages, and encourage students and stakeholders to engage with the institutions social networks. Monitors and supports issues management.

They are involved in the creation and curation of engaging content, ensuring it aligns with the institution’s communication goals. While the position requires some experience and education in social media management, the role also involves collaborating with various departments and teams to support larger communication initiatives. The General Coordinator is expected to manage and contribute to the social media presence while assisting in the broader execution of digital communications strategies.
