Communications & Marketing: Communications and Marketing is responsible for communications and marketing strategy and management. Partners with colleges and business units to provide creative solutions and consultation in the effective execution of communications and market initiatives for stakeholders including current and potential students, alumni, employees, media, and others.

Marketing: Marketing is responsible for marketing strategy and management, partnering with colleges and business units to provide creative solutions and consultation in the effective execution of marketing initiatives for stakeholders including current and potential students, employees, media, and others.

Digital Marketing & Media: Digital Marketing and Media markets products or services using digital technologies on the Internet, through mobile phone applications, via email, display advertising, and any other digital channels to increase exposure to a target audience. Products might include content for customer stories, internal videos, photography, film footage, dialog, sound effects, external promotions, social videos, podcasts, vlogs, product marketing, and recruiting, training, live events and other projects.

General Administration: Roles that are in administrative/ professional non-student facing functions.

Management / Leadership: Manager: The positions work is achieved through the direction of others. Managers have direct accountability for setting goals and using resources. They are responsible for administrative oversight of individuals, including conducting recommendations for hiring and termination, writing evaluations, disciplinary actions, day-to-day oversight as well as long-term goal setting and accountability for the performance and productivity of the employees. Managerial positions are reflected in the M1-M3 career track levels in the management/leadership track.
