Position Summary

The Academic Coordinator within Faculty Administration plays a key role in supporting various academic processes, such as curriculum development, faculty performance assessment, and the enhancement of instructional quality. As an individual contributor, the Academic Coordinator works closely with faculty and administrative teams to ensure that academic programs run efficiently and align with the institution's goals. This role requires a solid understanding of academic administration, and the coordinator will assist in evaluating the effectiveness of academic initiatives, supporting faculty development, and contributing to the implementation of policies related to curriculum and faculty advancement. The Academic Coordinator may also influence and review the work of others, coordinating efforts between departments and stakeholders to ensure academic objectives are met. While the position is not expected to act independently, the Academic Coordinator brings a blend of experience and education to manage multiple tasks and contribute to the success of academic programs within the institution.
