Individual contributor roles are reflected in the Academic Administration, Development, General Administration, Technical/STEM, and C1-C4 of the Clinical tracks.

Position Summary

An Analyst within Enterprise Architecture plays a critical role in supporting the design and implementation of architecture solutions that align with the broader enterprise IT strategy. This position focuses on gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, assisting in the development of architectural frameworks, and ensuring that the organization’s technology infrastructure meets business needs. Working closely with senior architects and other stakeholders, the Analyst helps document architectural decisions, analyze existing systems, and identify areas for improvement or optimization, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the organization’s technology landscape. In this intermediate-level individual contributor role, the Analyst assists in the research, evaluation, and design of architectural solutions that support enterprise initiatives. They are responsible for conducting technical assessments, identifying gaps or inefficiencies within existing systems, and recommending changes or upgrades. While they may not have full decision-making authority, their contributions are vital to ensuring that new solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. The Analyst also helps maintain the architecture documentation, ensuring that all components of the architecture are accurately represented and updated as the organization’s systems evolve. The role provides an opportunity for professional growth and development, as the Analyst gains hands-on experience working within the enterprise architecture framework. They collaborate with other teams, including IT operations, software development, and business units, to ensure that solutions are properly integrated and support organizational objectives.
