Position Summary

The Analyst within User Interface Design plays a key role in planning, developing, and refining the front-end components of software applications. With a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces, the Analyst works to ensure the designs are intuitive and aligned with the needs of the end-users. This position involves conducting user research, gathering feedback, and performing usability tests to optimize the user experience and improve the overall design of the software. The Analyst will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other team members to transform design concepts into functional, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. In this intermediate-level position, the Analyst will apply established design principles and practices to develop user interfaces that meet the technical and functional requirements of the software. They will assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs, ensuring that the interface components are consistent, responsive, and adhere to accessibility standards. Additionally, the Analyst will troubleshoot and debug user interface issues, making improvements based on user feedback and system performance analysis. They will work under guidance but are expected to contribute actively to the design process and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions. The Analyst will be part of a collaborative team environment, working alongside other designers, developers, and project stakeholders. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to bridge the gap between user needs and software functionality. While not expected to act independently, the Analyst will take on increasing responsibility in managing design tasks, ensuring the user interface supports the broader goals of the software product and delivers a seamless user experience.
