Clinical Services examines and treats patients. Performs a variety of patient care tasks which can include measuring vital signs and monitoring health, collecting samples, recording information on patients charts, and preparing treatment rooms for examination.

Position Summary

The Senior Clinical position within Clinical Services is a critical role focused on providing high-quality patient care through direct and indirect services. As a senior-level individual contributor, this position requires a deep understanding of clinical operations and health care delivery, utilizing independent judgment and advanced clinical skills. The Senior Clinical professional will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, gathering and analyzing health data, and contributing to the treatment planning process. Their expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the accurate documentation of patient records and the seamless delivery of care across different health services. In addition to providing direct clinical care, the Senior Clinical professional will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the transition of care across various health services. This includes coordination with counselors, mental health services, health education, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive holistic and comprehensive care. The role also involves organizing patient care activities, ensuring that treatments are timely, and supporting patients and families throughout the care continuum. The Senior Clinical professional will play a vital part in helping to enhance the overall patient experience and outcomes by fostering collaboration and improving clinical workflows. At the senior level, this role requires strong leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior staff and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures. While primarily focused on individual clinical responsibilities, the Senior Clinical position may also lead teams, influence care delivery practices, and provide expertise in the implementation of new clinical programs or technologies. The position demands a balance of clinical proficiency, autonomy, and strategic oversight, with an emphasis on continuous improvement in clinical services to meet the evolving needs of patients and the organization.
