Position Summary

The General Coordinator in Advancement supports the execution of alumni relations, annual and major giving, and stewardship initiatives to enhance the university’s donor engagement and fundraising efforts. This role focuses on coordinating processes and activities that contribute to the success of advancement programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Working as part of a team, the coordinator assists in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication with alumni and donors. As an intermediate-level individual contributor, the General Coordinator operates under guidance, utilizing their knowledge and experience to support project goals and deliverables. While not acting independently, they play a key role in the successful implementation of processes and activities, collaborating with colleagues to achieve results. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with alumni and donors to advance the university’s mission.
