Position Summary

The General Coordinator for Fundraising plays a key role in supporting the fundraising efforts of the university by coordinating activities that drive donations and enhance donor relations. This position involves working closely with development teams to implement strategies for soliciting gifts from individuals, businesses, and other donors. The coordinator is responsible for assisting with donor communications, organizing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring smooth logistics for events and initiatives that advance the university's development goals. In addition to these tasks, the General Coordinator for Fundraising will contribute to identifying donor prospects, managing donor databases, and supporting stewardship activities. They will also collaborate with other members of the fundraising team to ensure that goals are met, and that all donor engagement efforts are aligned with broader university strategies. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work within a team while supporting the overall fundraising objectives of the institution.
