Annual Giving/Digital Giving
Annual Giving/Digital Giving secures annual gift donations to the university. Duties may include identifying, acquiring, and prioritizing donor prospects. Solicits donors through multiple channels including mail, email, crowdfunding, and telephone. Works with a portfolio of assigned donor prospects to establish, cultivate, and solicit ongoing relationships.

Position Summary

The General Coordinator for Annual Giving/Digital Giving plays a crucial role in securing annual donations for the university through a variety of digital channels. This position is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and cultivating donor prospects by utilizing methods such as direct mail, email campaigns, crowdfunding platforms, and telephone outreach. The General Coordinator is also tasked with managing a portfolio of assigned donors, developing ongoing relationships, and ensuring that each donor receives personalized engagement aimed at increasing their support for the university. In addition to implementing digital fundraising strategies, the General Coordinator assists in the execution of broader fundraising campaigns by collaborating with the development team to prioritize prospects and align efforts with institutional goals. They monitor the progress of annual giving campaigns, analyze donor data to optimize engagement strategies, and provide reporting on campaign success and donor engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple channels and donor interactions in order to maximize annual and digital giving potential.
