They oversee the professional development of staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance performance and innovation. By combining expertise in food science with leadership acumen, the General Manager drives initiatives that deliver innovative products and solutions, meeting the needs of a growing global population while promoting health and environmental sustainability.
