Prospect Recruitment is the process through which college coaches increase their roster of prospective student athletes each off-season.

Position Summary

The Associate General Coordinator for Prospect Recruitment supports the recruitment efforts of athletic programs by assisting in identifying and engaging prospective student-athletes. This entry-level professional role works closely with coaches and recruitment teams to organize and execute strategies that build a strong pool of talent for athletic rosters. Responsibilities include maintaining records of recruitment activities, evaluating prospective athletes' qualifications, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and university recruitment policies. As part of their duties, the Associate General Coordinator helps coordinate communication between prospective athletes and coaching staff, manages recruitment event logistics, and contributes to the development of marketing materials to promote athletic programs. While requiring limited experience, this role provides a foundation in athletic recruitment processes and operations, with opportunities to work collaboratively as part of a team and make meaningful contributions to the success of student-athlete recruitment initiatives.
