Content Development facilitates the development of informative, engaging and strategy-based content across teams, using a combination of creative skills and strategic thinking with the goal of driving engagement with audiences in alignment with the universitys brand and organizational objectives.

A range of knowledge, complexity, autonomy, and impact may be needed to achieve results at certain levels. Individual contributor roles are reflected in the Academic Administration, Development, General Administration, Technical/STEM, and C1-C4 of the Clinical tracks.

Position Summary

The Analyst within Content Development plays a crucial role in supporting the creation, optimization, and distribution of content across the university's communications and marketing channels. This position involves working closely with content creators, strategists, and other teams to analyze content performance, identify trends, and ensure that all content aligns with the university's branding and communication objectives. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and interpreting data to inform content strategies, contributing to content decisions that engage various stakeholders, including students, alumni, faculty, and the broader community. This role requires proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to measure the effectiveness of content and provide actionable insights that support content strategy development. The Analyst will assist in the creation of reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), audience engagement, and content reach. By collaborating with content teams, the Analyst will ensure that content is optimized for performance across different platforms, such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and publications, while also identifying opportunities for improvements and refinements. In addition to data analysis, the Analyst will support the content development process by researching trends, reviewing industry best practices, and assisting in content creation when necessary. This includes helping to craft messages, ensuring consistency and accuracy, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions. While the position requires collaboration with other teams, the Analyst is expected to work independently on projects, applying a combination of creative and technical skills to drive content initiatives that align with the university's overall communication strategy.
