Content Development facilitates the development of informative, engaging and strategy-based content across teams, using a combination of creative skills and strategic thinking with the goal of driving engagement with audiences in alignment with the universitys brand and organizational objectives.

In an individual contributor role, the positions work is primarily achieved through individual efforts or by participating as part of a team. Individual contributors may: Coordinate, influence, or review the work of others. Be the authority on a given program or process. Lead teams. A range of knowledge, complexity, autonomy, and impact may be needed to achieve results at certain levels. Individual contributor roles are reflected in the Academic Administration, Development, General Administration, Technical/STEM, and C1-C4 of the Clinical tracks.

Position Summary

The General Coordinator of Content Development is responsible for supporting the creation and development of engaging, informative, and strategically aligned content across various teams within the organization. This role involves utilizing a combination of creative skills and strategic thinking to ensure that content effectively engages key audiences such as current and prospective students, alumni, employees, and the media, in alignment with the university's brand and organizational objectives. The General Coordinator works closely with multiple business units and departments to provide guidance and support in content creation, ensuring consistency with marketing strategies and communication goals. As an intermediate-level individual contributor, this position requires some experience and education in content development, though the coordinator works within established frameworks and guidelines. The General Coordinator may influence and review the work of others, ensuring high-quality and effective content that supports the university’s overall communications and marketing efforts. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the broader content strategy while adhering to organizational goals.
