Position Summary

The General Coordinator of Video and Animation is responsible for the creation and production of video and animation content that aligns with the university's brand strategy and organizational objectives. This role works closely with various teams within communications and marketing to develop engaging, informative, and strategy-driven video and animation materials aimed at engaging key stakeholders, including current and prospective students, alumni, employees, and media. The General Coordinator applies a combination of creative skills and strategic thinking to ensure that all video and animation content effectively communicates messages and initiatives. As an intermediate-level individual contributor, the position requires some experience and education in video production and animation but involves working within established frameworks and guidelines. While the General Coordinator will have a degree of autonomy in managing projects, they will collaborate with senior staff and teams to ensure that content is consistent with broader marketing and communication goals. The role also involves influencing and coordinating the work of others to ensure the successful execution of video and animation projects.
