Position Summary

The Associate General Coordinator within Digital Marketing and Media is an entry-level professional position that plays a key role in supporting the university's digital marketing strategies and media initiatives. This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including websites, social media, email, mobile apps, and other digital channels, to increase the university's exposure and engagement with its target audiences. In this role, the Associate General Coordinator works with team members to help create, distribute, and promote digital content, such as customer stories, internal videos, photography, podcasts, vlogs, and other digital assets. The individual will assist in the development of multimedia content aimed at recruiting, training, marketing, and promoting live events or university programs to various stakeholders, including current and potential students, employees, and the broader community. This position requires a combination of creativity and technical skills, with the individual contributing to digital marketing strategies, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns. The Associate General Coordinator will collaborate with other team members, providing support in content creation, content distribution, and the measurement of digital campaign success. They will be expected to ensure that all content aligns with the university's brand standards and organizational objectives while maintaining a focus on achieving measurable results. This is an individual contributor role, where the individual is responsible for carrying out assigned tasks while learning and growing in the field of digital marketing and media.
