Places employment ads in appropriate sources, ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records, and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

Position Summary

The General Coordinator within Recruiting and Retention is responsible for supporting the human resources department in sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the university. This role involves actively participating in the recruitment process by placing job advertisements in relevant platforms, ensuring that recruitment efforts reach a diverse pool of candidates. The coordinator will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, helping to track the progress of each recruitment campaign and ensuring compliance with university policies. As an individual contributor in this role, the coordinator works within the recruitment and retention team to contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies. They will monitor the recruitment process, help identify suitable candidates, and support the preparation of necessary reports concerning recruitment activities. This position requires a combination of organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others, ensuring that recruitment goals are met effectively and in a timely manner. The General Coordinator within Recruiting and Retention is an intermediate-level position requiring some previous experience and education in human resources or a related field. While the role is primarily focused on individual contributions, the coordinator is expected to be proactive and participate in team efforts while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
