Position Summary

The Senior Analyst within System Development plays a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT systems, software, hardware, and server configurations to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's infrastructure. This position is responsible for performing advanced system analysis, design, and development to meet organizational needs, while ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and system integrity. The senior analyst works on complex system configurations, updates, and integrations, helping to ensure that systems are running efficiently and securely across multiple platforms and environments. In this role, the Senior Analyst will take on a leadership role within system development, collaborating closely with other technical teams and stakeholders to manage the systems development life cycle. This includes conducting in-depth system assessments, proposing enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve system functionality and performance. The senior analyst will monitor system performance and security, manage system stability, and work to proactively identify and resolve system issues, as well as recommending best practices for maintaining the integrity of all data and systems. As an individual contributor at the senior level, this position requires a high level of autonomy and technical expertise. The Senior Analyst will be expected to lead complex projects, influence system development decisions, and mentor junior team members. This role involves a strong combination of hands-on technical work and strategic planning, with the senior analyst driving innovation and contributing to the continued development of cutting-edge solutions. With a focus on system performance, the Senior Analyst will take a leadership role in ensuring that all systems meet operational, security, and efficiency standards, while also helping to guide the team toward achieving long-term technical goals.
