Position Summary

The Analyst within IT Learning and Training plays a critical role in the development, delivery, and evaluation of educational materials and systems designed to enhance administrative and management capabilities across the organization. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and gather requirements, ensuring the alignment of training programs with the goals of the institution. The Analyst supports the design and implementation of training initiatives, including creating detailed training materials, coordinating training schedules, and providing support for users during the adoption of new systems and technologies. As an individual contributor, the Analyst collaborates with various stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements. They assist in the creation and management of learning content for different platforms, such as online modules, in-person workshops, and webinars, ensuring these resources are easily accessible and meet the needs of diverse audiences. Additionally, the Analyst evaluates the performance of learners and assesses training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement of training programs, making adjustments based on feedback and technological advancements. The Analyst also contributes to the overall success of IT Learning and Training initiatives by staying informed about the latest trends and advancements in instructional technologies. They may assist in the research and implementation of new learning tools and systems to improve the efficiency and accessibility of training offerings. While the position requires some experience and technical knowledge, it is designed for individuals who are still growing in their careers and provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful educational projects while gaining expertise in IT learning systems and technologies.
