Program Management is responsible for the oversight of the planning, execution, and success of the program. Typical duties include program planning and development, program evaluation, policy development and analysis, and coordination of resources.

The Senior Analyst within Program Management is responsible for leading and supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of university programs aligned with strategic initiatives. With a high level of expertise and experience, this role requires the analyst to act independently, guiding key aspects of program management, including program development, assessment, and performance tracking. The Senior Analyst contributes to the creation of policies and frameworks that improve the overall efficiency and success of university programs, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. In addition to overseeing program planning and development, the Senior Analyst plays an essential role in coordinating resources, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that programs remain on track. This individual works closely with program managers, stakeholders, and leadership to monitor and assess the success of programs, recommending adjustments where necessary to optimize effectiveness. They also help in shaping strategic initiatives and evaluating the broader impact of programs, providing actionable insights that influence decision-making and contribute to long-term planning. As an individual contributor, the Senior Analyst takes on a leadership role within the team, offering expertise and direction on complex projects. They are responsible for ensuring that all program components are executed according to plan and that program data is analyzed and reported accurately.
