Senior General Coordinator, Prospect Development

Prospect Development provides prospect research, prospecting, analytics, and business intelligence insights to enhance fundraising and the philanthropic strategy at the university. Typical functions include research, prospecting, prospect management, data and analytics, portfolio management, and strategic fundraising consulting using information and insights, etc.

The Senior General Coordinator in Prospect Development plays a key role in advancing the university's fundraising efforts by coordinating complex activities related to prospect research, analytics, and portfolio management. This position supports the prospect development team by gathering and analyzing data to provide valuable insights that guide strategic decision-making and enhance donor engagement. The Senior Coordinator ensures the efficient management of donor and prospect information, contributing to the development of targeted fundraising strategies and successful donor relationships. As a Senior-level individual contributor, the General Coordinator operates with a high degree of independence, leveraging their expertise to influence key processes and outcomes. While primarily responsible for their own work, they may also provide leadership or guidance to junior staff or teams. The role requires advanced skills in research, data analysis, and prospect management, along with a strategic mindset to support the university’s broader philanthropic goals. The Senior Coordinator’s contributions help shape the university’s overall fundraising strategy through actionable intelligence and effective management of prospects.
