The manager ensures that team activities align with institutional goals, facilitating effective execution of advancement programs. As a Level 2 Manager, this position oversees a team of professionals and support staff, taking full responsibility for their output and productivity. The manager is accountable for setting team goals, monitoring performance, and providing leadership through hiring decisions, evaluations, and day-to-day guidance. With a focus on operational excellence, the General Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving advancement objectives while fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
