Individual contributor roles are reflected in the Academic Administration, Development, General Administration, Technical/STEM, and C1-C4 of the Clinical tracks.

The Academic Coordinator for Athletics plays a pivotal role in supporting student-athletes' academic success by providing guidance, resources, and oversight tailored to their unique needs. This intermediate-level position works closely with students, faculty, and athletics staff to coordinate academic programs and services, ensuring compliance with university policies and NCAA regulations. The coordinator serves as a key resource for academic planning, progress monitoring, and intervention strategies to promote student-athletes' educational and personal development. In this role, the Academic Coordinator collaborates with academic advisors, coaching staff, and other stakeholders to implement programs that enhance academic performance and retention. They may review academic progress, track eligibility requirements, and assist in the development of study schedules or support plans. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, the coordinator ensures student-athletes can balance their athletic commitments with academic responsibilities, contributing to their overall success both on and off the field.
