Position Summary

The Senior General Coordinator for Prospect Recruitment is a key member of the athletic department, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the recruitment process for prospective student-athletes. This senior-level position requires significant experience and knowledge in recruitment strategies, compliance with NCAA regulations, and the effective management of recruitment resources. The coordinator works closely with athletic coaches, recruitment teams, and the student-athlete services division to ensure a streamlined and successful recruitment cycle, all while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and compliance. In this role, the Senior General Coordinator leads and influences recruitment efforts, contributing to the development of strategies to attract top talent to the university. They evaluate recruitment data, assist in high-level decision-making, and mentor junior staff or coordinators. Additionally, the coordinator ensures that all recruitment activities align with university goals and policies. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage complex tasks while collaborating with other departments to further the recruitment goals of the athletic programs.
