Position Summary

The Senior General Coordinator for Grant and Contract Management plays a crucial role in overseeing the administration of legal and financial agreements related to grants and contracts within the university. This senior-level position is responsible for managing and coordinating complex aspects of grant and contract management, ensuring compliance with university policies, funding agency regulations, and legal requirements. The Senior General Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution of agreements, providing expert guidance and oversight throughout the lifecycle of grants and contracts. This role includes preparing detailed reports, tracking milestones, and ensuring all deadlines and compliance standards are met. As an individual contributor with senior-level experience, the Senior General Coordinator will act with significant autonomy and provide leadership within the grant and contract management process. The position requires expertise in project management, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems independently. In addition to coordinating the daily activities of the grant and contract management process, the Senior General Coordinator may also provide mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and improvements to operational efficiency. The role demands a high level of expertise, responsibility, and the ability to lead and influence others within the organization to achieve successful outcomes.
