Content Development facilitates the development of informative, engaging and strategy-based content across teams, using a combination of creative skills and strategic thinking with the goal of driving engagement with audiences in alignment with the universitys brand and organizational objectives.

Position Summary

The Senior General Coordinator of Content Development is responsible for leading and overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging, and strategically aligned content across the organization. This role involves leveraging both creative skills and strategic thinking to develop content that effectively engages a variety of stakeholders, including current and prospective students, alumni, employees, and the media, all while aligning with the university's brand and organizational goals. The Senior Coordinator works closely with multiple teams and business units, providing expertise and consultation on content development strategies, ensuring consistency with communications and marketing initiatives. As a senior-level individual contributor, this position requires significant experience and education in content development. The Senior Coordinator is expected to act independently, managing complex projects and content strategies while potentially providing leadership to junior staff or other team members. This role demands a high level of autonomy in decision-making and content direction, with a focus on ensuring that all content supports the university’s broader communications objectives and enhances its engagement with target audiences.
