Position Summary

The General Supervisor of Video and Animation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of the video and animation team within the Communications and Marketing department. This role involves supervising experienced professionals in video and animation production, ensuring the team effectively creates video, animation, and marketing communication materials that align with the university's brand and organizational objectives. The Supervisor coordinates schedules and workflow, ensuring the timely completion of assignments while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for the orientation, training, and development of team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. This position also involves providing guidance and support to the team, ensuring that all video and animation projects are completed efficiently, in line with strategic goals, and contribute to the broader communications and marketing efforts of the university. The Supervisor plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations while helping to shape the long-term direction and goals of the team.
