Position Summary

The Senior General Coordinator within Digital Marketing and Media plays a pivotal role in advancing the university's digital marketing strategies and initiatives. This senior-level position is responsible for managing and executing high-level digital campaigns across various online platforms such as websites, social media, email, mobile apps, and digital advertising. The Senior General Coordinator will contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing content, including customer stories, promotional materials, social videos, podcasts, vlogs, and other multimedia assets, ensuring alignment with the university’s brand, goals, and strategic objectives. In addition to hands-on content creation, the Senior General Coordinator is expected to act as a key point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional efforts and workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality control of digital marketing projects. The role requires a mix of creative thinking and strategic execution to drive audience engagement and optimize digital presence across platforms. This position involves significant independent decision-making and may include providing leadership to junior team members, overseeing their tasks, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. The Senior General Coordinator will also analyze digital campaign performance metrics, report on outcomes, and apply insights to refine and improve ongoing digital marketing efforts. The Senior General Coordinator is expected to act as a subject matter expert within the digital marketing field, offering strategic recommendations and contributing to the broader communications and marketing strategy. This role requires both leadership and collaboration skills to drive impactful, results-oriented campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
