Position Summary

The General Coordinator within Audit Services plays a crucial role in supporting the internal audit function by coordinating activities related to the evaluation of the organization’s financial, operational, and managerial processes and systems. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of audit plans, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The coordinator will work with audit teams to gather data, organize audit schedules, and maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the audit process. In this role, the General Coordinator will assist in conducting audits by reviewing systems, documenting findings, and compiling reports. They will support audit teams in identifying areas of risk and opportunities for process improvements, ensuring that audits are completed efficiently and in accordance with established timelines. The coordinator will also help monitor the status of audit recommendations, ensuring that corrective actions are taken, and will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for audits. Additionally, the General Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all audit-related communication is clear and timely. They will assist in maintaining audit documentation, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. While acting as an individual contributor, this role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth execution of audits and contribute to the culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
