Program Management is responsible for the oversight of the planning, execution, and success of the program. Typical duties include program planning and development, program evaluation, policy development and analysis, and coordination of resources.

Position Summary

The Associate Academic Coordinator in Program Management plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and assessment of academic programs aligned with the university's strategic and educational goals. As an entry-level professional within academic administration, this position contributes to the successful coordination of academic initiatives by assisting in program development, maintaining documentation, collecting data for evaluation, and supporting communication across departments and stakeholders. The coordinator’s work helps ensure that academic programs operate efficiently and continue to meet quality standards that support student success. Functioning as an individual contributor, the Associate Academic Coordinator works both independently and collaboratively with program managers, faculty, and administrative staff to support the daily operations of academic programs. Responsibilities may include scheduling and logistics, monitoring timelines and deliverables, coordinating meetings and program events, tracking outcomes, and contributing to policy and procedural documentation. The role may also involve analyzing program data and preparing reports to support continuous improvement and compliance with institutional or accreditation standards. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in academic program management and develop professional skills in higher education administration. The Associate Academic Coordinator is expected to exercise sound judgment, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain strong communication and organizational skills. With limited prior experience required, this role serves as a foundational step in a career path focused on academic program coordination and support within a dynamic, student-centered environment.
