Program Management is responsible for the oversight of the planning, execution, and success of the program. Typical duties include program planning and development, program evaluation, policy development and analysis, and coordination of resources.

Individual contributors may: Coordinate, influence, or review the work of others. Be the authority on a given program or process. Lead teams. A range of knowledge, complexity, autonomy, and impact may be needed to achieve results at certain levels. Individual contributor roles are reflected in the Academic Administration, Development, General Administration, Technical/STEM, and C1-C4 of the Clinical tracks.

Position Summary

The Analyst within Program Management plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs that align with the university’s strategic initiatives. Working under the guidance of senior program management professionals, the analyst assists in the coordination and development of programs by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking program performance. Their primary responsibilities include supporting program development, assisting with program evaluation, and helping identify areas for process improvements, ensuring that programs meet their objectives and contribute effectively to the institution's goals. In addition to program planning and evaluation, the Analyst is responsible for contributing to the creation of policies and procedures that streamline program management processes. They support the development of program strategies by compiling relevant data and conducting analyses to inform decision-making. This role also involves coordinating resources for program activities, ensuring that key deliverables are met, and assisting with the creation of reports that assess program performance against predefined goals. The Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of ongoing projects. As an individual contributor, the Analyst is expected to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders to gather insights, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations. While they may influence decision-making processes through their analytical expertise, they are not expected to work entirely independently. With their experience and knowledge, the Analyst adds value by supporting the program management team in maintaining the efficiency and success of university programs, helping to ensure that key initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
